MatchScore ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data collected through this platform. We comply with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), and CCPA (California).

2. Data We Collect

Profile images: Photos/screenshots you upload for analysis. These are processed in-memory and not permanently stored on our servers.
Analysis results: The AI-generated score and feedback based on your images.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe and/or Mercado Pago. We do NOT store credit card numbers, PIX keys, or bank details.
Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting only), browser language preference.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the dating profile analysis service you requested. Legal basis: your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

Google Gemini AI: Your images are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis. Google processes them under their own privacy policy.
Stripe / Mercado Pago: Payment processors handle financial transactions under their respective privacy policies.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

Your images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. Analysis results are available via a shareable link and may be cached temporarily. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Withdraw consent at any time
Request data portability
Object to or restrict processing
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
